Technical Design
Being Architectural Technologists, picking up a concept design and producing working drawing packages is second nature to us. If you have an "oven ready" project with planning permission in place, we are well placed to put this into our BIM system to produce your technical design package.
If you are tied to an architect already and are not happy with their quality, we can provide you with a complimentary auditing check to review their deliverables on your behalf to ensure that you are getting the correct level of information for your project.
Point Cloud Surveying / Digital Twin Modelling
We utilise state of the art point cloud laser scanners and drone technology to deliver our measured surveying services across most of our projects. The creation of "digital twins" has been a game changer for us and see point cloud surveying as a key part of our process of working. It allows for better early engagement with clients and drives up accuracy of surveys.
This allowed us to expand this service to capture existing assets for local authorities and listed building owners whereby creating a digital replica of distressed heritage assets and their intricacies has really helped unlock value and deliver results on complex heritage projects.
White Label Technical Services
We are just as happy working as a consultant as part of your design team as we are within your team itself. Do you want to bolt on an architectural offer to your current construction business? Or perhaps you need some extra capacity internally in your technical department? We work with a number of house builders assisting them with their technical delivery of housing. When acting as an "in house" consultant, we work alongside you, utilising your established CAD/BIM systems and processes to ensure consistency of delivery for your site team.
