A property developer client enlisted Manor Architecture to transform their newly acquired home. The goal was to streamline previous extensions, optimise space utilization, and create a luxurious "super home" feel.
Leveraging Manor Architectures expertise in high-end residential design, the proposals meticulously reconfigured layout to maximise value. This included relocating the kitchen for improved functionality and creating a spacious family living area with seamless access to a proposed outdoor kitchen and alfresco dining patio.
Upstairs, the layout prioritised functionality and luxury. The smallest bedroom was replaced with a larger family bathroom and added en-suites to the remaining bedrooms, significantly enhancing their appeal. To add a unique selling point, a cinema room and gymnasium were incorporated above the newly built heated double garage, providing valuable additional living space.
The exterior transformation was equally dramatic, strategically extending specific areas to enlarge bedrooms and completely revamp the entrance for improved curb appeal. Additionally, an "in and out" driveway was incorporated and framed by new landscaping, creating a grand arrival experience.
The focus for this project went beyond purely aesthetics as it also ensured cost-effectiveness throughout the project, staying true to the client's vision while adhering to a realistic budget. To facilitate clear communication the Manor Architecture team created detailed internal and external visualisations. This allowed the client to virtually walk through the proposed design and provide feedback before submitting plans for approval. This collaborative approach ensures the final product aligns perfectly with the client's expectations and minimizes potential misunderstandings during construction. The visualisations also serve as a valuable tool for the builder, ensuring everyone involved shares a unified vision for the project.
